Account Deletion – AddOn

Delete your account from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is in the app:

1. Open AddOn and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account and login are permanently deleted.
• Your profile information is removed.
• Your comments and activity data (attempts and sends) are deleted.
• Routes you created are kept, but anonymized — the author is shown as “Anonymous” — so other climbers’ lists and shared content keep working.

If you can’t sign in

If you’re locked out and can’t use the in-app option, email deleteaccount@addonclimbing.com with “Delete Account” in the subject line. Send it from the email address associated with your AddOn account so we can verify and process your request manually.

Data retention

Some data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
